Nepal Hypnosis Clinic and Training Center uses psychotherapeutic approaches to identify and eliminate the causes of the issues that an individual is troubled by. We are driven by the philosophy that every individual is normal but may be troubled by some abnormal psychological difficulties.

The visible issues of an individual actually have much deeper roots somewhere else. You can relate it to the tip of an iceberg that has enormous structure hidden below. With the help of psychotherapeutic approaches, we dig into the roots/causes of such problems and terminate them permanently.

Moreover, we do NOT use any medicines during the healing process. Our therapy has no side effects either. Privacy and confidentiality are our core values. A therapist and a client both work together in a safe, confidential and trustworthy environment. Actually, the therapist supports the client to solve his or her problems.

We perform one-to-one session and the standard time for each session is one hour. We will have to perform a number of sessions and the number depends on the complexity of the client's issues, the efforts put by the client and the progress he or she is making/exhibiting.

Generally, ONE WEEK GAP between two sessions is taken. That time is given to allow the client's mind and body to accept the inputs given during the therapy. In special cases, the gap can be decreased.

As per the need of the client (which is identified by the therapist), we use different psychotherapeutic approaches. Some of them include clinical hypnotherapy, past life regression, age regression, gestalt psychotherapy, psychosocial counseling, CBT, healing touch, neuro-linguistic programming and more.
